Product Name: Hexabromocyclododecane
Molecular formula: C12H18Br6 Molecular weight: 642 CAS NO.:3194-55-6
Function and use: Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) is a high-bromine content alicyclic additive flame retardant, which has the characteristics of less dosage, good flame retardant effect, and little impact on the physical properties of materials.
Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) is used in EPS expanded polystyrene, and the recommended dosage is 2%; in polypropylene, the recommended dosage is 2% HBCD and 1% antimony trioxide; used in other styrene resins , which can show its excellent performance. In addition, it is suitable for flame retardant treatment of knitted fabrics, styrene-butadiene rubber, adhesives, coatings and unsaturated polyester resins.
Packing: Polypropylene woven bag lined with plastic bag, sealed packing, 25kg/50kg bag.
